On Symposium days (30th November - 4th December, 2015) the organizers will arrange the pick up from the identified Hotels (after the breakfast) and drop back from the venue in the evening (after the day's proceedings). The pickup details (timings) will be notified at the Hotel reception counters.
Since the Prainha Hotel is just the next door to the venue, the participants staying at this hotel are requested to walk through the lower gate (near State Bank of India) of the National Institute of Oceanography.
The participants will have to make their own arrangements for the transport between Goa Airport and their places of accommodation on the days of their arrival and departures. They can do so either by the prior arrangement with the Hotel or by hiring pre-paid taxi services available at the arrivals gate at the airport.
IO50-NIO Symposium personnel will be available at 'Arrivals' gate at the airport for necessary guidance. Please look out for 'IO50-NIO Symposium' banner or placard for any further help.
